Who we are

Quotarider is a product of XDQ Labs Private Limited ("XDQ Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use quotarider.com and the Quotarider platform, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

The free calculators collect nothing

This is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual. All seven free calculators on this site run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you enter are never transmitted to us, never logged, and never stored. There is no email gate and no account requirement. When you close the tab, the data is gone.

We can't see your commission plan, your deal values, or your unit economics — because they never leave your device.

What we collect when you create an account

If you create a Quotarider account, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the profile and company details you choose to enter. We also collect the revenue data you enter into the platform — deals, campaigns, leads, activities and commission structures — because that data is what the product operates on.

We collect standard technical information necessary to operate a web service: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.

Why we collect it

To operate the service you asked for. To generate the AI insights, scores and forecasts that are the product. To communicate with you about your account, billing and support requests. To detect and prevent fraud and abuse. To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your revenue data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else, and we have no plans to build a business model that would require us to.

Your data is yours

Every report exports to CSV and PDF on every plan, including Free. You can take your data out at any time, without asking us.

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to info@xdqlabs.com. We will action it.

Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel a paid plan, your account reverts to Free rather than being deleted, so your data remains accessible to you. If you request deletion, we delete it.

Some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so — billing records, for instance.

Third parties

We use third-party providers for essential functions such as payment processing, hosting and email delivery. These providers process data on our instructions and are bound by contract to protect it.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google's servers and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to info@xdqlabs.com and we will respond.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will notify account holders by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
