Why we give these away
Because a calculator and a platform solve genuinely different problems, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
A calculator answers a question you already knew to ask. You suspect a deal is in trouble, so you score it. You want to know what the quarter is worth, so you model the commission. That's useful, and it should be free.
What a calculator cannot do is tell you about the deal you weren't worried about — the one quietly decaying in stage four while you were focused elsewhere. It can't notice that your Meta spend has been underperforming for three weeks. It can't warn you on the twelfth that your activity is running 40% below the pace your quota requires. And it can't tell you that you've ended eleven of your last fifteen calls without a booked next step.
That's the difference, and it's the only honest reason to pay for anything. Use the tools. If you find yourself running them every week, you already know what you need.
