Refund Policy

The short version
Cancel any time. If the product isn't doing what we said it would, write to us and we'll sort it out. We would rather refund someone than have them resent us.
Free plan
The Free plan is free. There is nothing to refund, and no card is taken. The seven free calculators are likewise free and require no account.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to what you paid for until it expires. Your account then reverts to Free rather than being deleted, so your data remains accessible.
Refunds
We don't automatically refund unused portions of a billing period, because you had access to the product for that period.
However: if you were charged in error, if you were charged after cancelling, if the product was materially unavailable for a significant part of your billing period, or if it simply isn't doing what we said it would — write to hello@quotarider.com and we will make it right. We do not make people fight for this.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund the difference mid-period, but you keep the higher tier until it expires.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please write to us before raising a chargeback. It is faster, and we would genuinely rather fix the problem than dispute a transaction.
