Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Quotarider ("the Service"), operated by XDQ Labs Private Limited. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use it.

The free tools

The seven calculators on this site are free to use, with no account required and no limits. They run in your browser and store nothing. We provide them as-is. They produce directional guidance based on published benchmarks and weighted models — they are not financial advice, and you should not make a material business decision on the basis of a calculator alone.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction.

Plans and billing

Free is free, forever, with no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly or quarterly in advance in USD. Prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

You may upgrade at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. You may downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no data is deleted on downgrade.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law. Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data. Don't resell or redistribute the Service without written permission. Don't use it to store data you have no right to hold.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

What the AI does and does not do

Quotarider's AI produces scores, probabilities, forecasts and recommendations derived from the data you provide and from weighted models. These are directional guidance, not guarantees. A deal scored 88 can still be lost. A campaign scored 34 can still work.

You remain responsible for your own commercial decisions. We do not accept liability for business outcomes arising from decisions you make while using the Service.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited licence necessary to store and process it in order to operate the Service for you. We don't sell it and we don't share it.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and working, but we don't promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance happens. Things break. We will do our best to minimise it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XDQ Labs Private Limited's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to XDQ Labs Private Limited's place of incorporation. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
