Because per-seat pricing is designed for software sold to administrators, and this is software for the person carrying a number. An AE deciding whether $19 a month is worth it should be able to make that decision alone, not submit a procurement request.

Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted on a downgrade — you simply lose access to the features that tier doesn't include.

You can export everything to CSV and PDF at any time, on any plan, including Free. If you cancel, your account reverts to Free rather than being deleted — your data stays accessible. If you want it permanently removed, ask and we'll do it.
