What is the difference between Startup and Intelligence?
Vera, our AI assistant, and the AI agents that score deal risk and pipeline coverage — plus double the contacts (50,000 against 25,000). Everything else is identical. Vera is also included on Growth and above.
Do I pay per user?
No. Plans are priced per company with users included. Extra seats are available if you outgrow your plan — $29 on Solo down to $15 on Enterprise.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and nothing is lost when you move.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Nothing breaks. You will be prompted to add the relevant add-on, or to upgrade the plan if that works out cheaper.
Do you charge for AI usage?
No. 73 of 106 assistant commands need no AI key at all. The rest run on your own provider key — you pay them directly and we add no markup.
Are there email sending credits?
No. You connect your own mailboxes and send through your own infrastructure, so there are no credits to buy and no shared IP pools.
How does the founding discount work?
The first 100 customers keep 50% off for the lifetime of the subscription. The rate is locked and does not rise at renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial and no card is required, so you can evaluate fully before paying. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days are refunded in full.

For enterprises, agencies and high-volume revenue organisations needing dedicated infrastructure, custom terms or deployment inside their own cloud.
