Where do the signals come from?
Your own records first — engagement gaps measured against your median deal cycle, and champion departures detected from bounce plus prior engagement. External sources are optional and every one carries a source URL.
Does it invent reasons?
It cannot. The write gate rejects any signal with no checkable source, and a language model is not accepted as a source at all.
