Built by people who had to answer for the domain.
Quotarider is made by XDQ Labs Private Limited in Gurugram, India, by a founder who spent years in B2B revenue operations and sales before building the tool he wanted: outbound that could not get a company blacklisted, and a CRM that told you which email got paid.
Why it exists
Sales software is mostly sold to the person who signs the purchase order: per seat, annual contract, admin console. The person who actually opens it on a Tuesday morning gets a database that records what happened and never says what to do next — and a sequencer that will happily burn the company domain to hit a send target.
Quotarider is built around two rules. First, the guardrail has the final say on every send: no daily-cap setting, no “unlimited” tier, no agent can override a hold. Second, outreach, pipeline and revenue live in one database, so the reply, the deal and the paid invoice are one record and attribution is a report rather than a reconciliation.
What we believe
- A forecast built from sentiment is an optimism aggregator.
- Silence is the loudest signal in sales.
- The deal that kills your quarter is the one nobody was watching.
- A domain is harder to replace than a tool. Protect it first.
- Software should be affordable to the person who needs it, not only to the person who buys it.
How we work
We build without outside capital, ship often, and write down what changed. We answer security questionnaires in writing and do not claim certifications we have not earned. Features have to work for every customer, not just our own setup.
