Email sequence software

Email sequence software that stops itself before your domain does.

Automated follow-ups are easy. Automated follow-ups that know when to stop are the product.

Build multi-step email sequences with delays, conditions, A/B variants and stop-on-reply — sent from your own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or SMTP mailboxes, with a per-send risk score that can delay, skip or pause any step.

Reply → Deal → Invoice“Yes, send the proposal” routed to Pipeline. Deal #418 created. Attributed: step 2.

Every sales email automation tool can send step two three days after step one. The difference is what happens when things go wrong: a list with stale addresses, a prospect your colleague emailed yesterday, a mailbox that is suddenly bouncing. Quotarider's sequence engine checks each send before it goes, so a follow-up sequence behaves like a careful rep rather than a cron job.

Steps, delays, branches and variants

Write steps with delays in business days, send windows in the recipient's timezone, conditional branches on reply, open or click, and A/B variants per step. Personalisation fields come from the CRM record, so a step can reference the company, the deal stage or the last meeting.

Stop on reply — and on everything else that matters

A reply stops the sequence and lands in the reply centre, classified. Out-of-office replies pause and resume. Bounces, unsubscribes and complaints stop every sequence for that contact across the workspace, not just the one that caused it.

Contact pressure across sequences

If three reps have the same person in three sequences, the recipient does not get three emails this week. Workspace-wide contact pressure limits how often any one person or company hears from you, whichever sequence is asking.

The guardrail on every step

Before each send the Sequence Risk Score weighs mailbox reputation, sending history, contact pressure, compliance and timing. The verdict can be send, delay, change, skip, pause, stop or escalate — and raising the daily cap cannot override a hold.

Email sequence software: questions

How many steps can a sequence have?

As many as you need; most effective cold sequences are three to five steps over two to three weeks. Warm follow-up sequences can run longer.

Can a sequence include call or LinkedIn tasks?

Yes. Call tasks with click-to-log and manual tasks sit between email steps and appear in the rep's task list on the right day.

Do sequences send from my own mailbox?

Yes — Google Workspace via Google sign-in, or any SMTP/IMAP mailbox such as Microsoft 365 or Zoho, rotated across a mailbox pool if you assign more than one. No shared IPs and no sending credits.

Is there a free plan?

Yes: one user, one mailbox, 100 contacts and 300 emails a month, no card.
