Questions, answered
How many mailboxes can I connect?
As many as your plan includes — Free has one, Starter two, Team five, Growth fifteen, Business forty — and extra mailboxes are a small flat add-on. Sequences rotate across the mailboxes you assign to them by remaining daily capacity.
Does Quotarider warm up mailboxes?
New mailboxes and domains go through a reputation ramp: the daily cap starts low and rises only while bounces and complaints stay under threshold. There is no shared warm-up network sending fake conversations from your domain.
Can a sequence include calls or LinkedIn steps?
Yes. Steps can be email, a call task for a rep, a manual LinkedIn task, or — on plans with Vera Voice enabled — an AI call. Every step respects the same guardrail and contact-pressure limit.
What happens when someone replies?
Reply detection stops the sequence for that contact immediately. The reply is classified (interested, later, not the right person, out of office, unsubscribe) and routed to the pipeline or suppression list. Out-of-office replies do not stop a sequence.
Can I personalise at scale?
Merge fields, conditional snippets and per-contact research fields work on every plan. On Intelligence and above, Vera can draft the first line per contact from company research — you review before anything sends.
Is this compliant with Google and Yahoo bulk-sender rules?
The guardrail enforces the pieces you control: one-click unsubscribe headers, suppression, bounce and complaint rates kept well under 0.3%. Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is set up with your mail provider; the mailbox health check tells you if it is missing. It cannot make a bad list good, which is why list verification and bounce thresholds sit in front of every send.
What is the difference between a cold email tool and a sales engagement platform?
