Cold email software for agencies that have to answer for every client's domain.
One bad list on one client account shouldn't take down twelve. Here it can't.
Run every client from one login, each in its own workspace with its own mailboxes, its own guardrail and its own report — and show them revenue attributed to the paid invoice instead of open rates. Earn 20–40% partner commission on top.

Agency cold email is a different sport. You are sending from domains you do not own, for clients who will blame you the day their invoices land in spam, and you are measured on meetings booked this month. Most agency tools optimise the last part and ignore the first two. Quotarider is built so an agency can scale volume across clients without one client's mistake bleeding into another's reputation.
Client workspaces, not client tabs
Every client is a separate workspace: mailboxes, suppression list, sequences, pipeline, guardrail thresholds and reports are all scoped to it. A bounce spike on one client lowers that client's cap. Nothing else moves. Your team switches between workspaces from one login, and your partner dashboard rolls the commission up across all of them.
The guardrail is your insurance policy
Agencies churn clients over deliverability, not copy. The Sequence Risk Score runs before every send on every client mailbox and can delay, skip or pause a sequence. When a client asks you to “just raise the daily limit”, you can say — truthfully — that the system will not let you push a domain past what its reputation supports.
Reports your clients will actually read
Open rate is a vanity metric and your clients know it. Because replies, deals, quotes and invoices live in the same workspace, the monthly report shows replies → meetings → deals → paid revenue by sequence and by step. That is a retainer-renewal conversation, not a defence.
Onboard a client in an afternoon
Connect the client's mailboxes — Google sign-in, or SMTP/IMAP confirmed with a one-time code sent to the client, run the mailbox health check, import their list with verification, and start the ramp. New mailboxes begin at a low cap and earn headroom; you do not need a warm-up network and neither does the client.
We ran it on our own companies first. Then on 55 more.
Quotarider is the outbound stack behind XDQ Labs' other products — the ones that sell into hospitals and the ones that sell to retail investors. It went to customers only after it had protected our own domains for months.
Drapto
Hospital revenue-integrity software. Outbound to procurement and finance heads at hospitals in India — some of the least forgiving inboxes there are. Every sequence Drapto sends runs through the same guardrail you get.
Xflot
An IPO and market-data site. Partner, advertiser and press outreach from a young domain that could not afford to be filtered — ramped the slow way, behind the same guardrail.
Customer names are shared on request and in reference calls, not on a logo wall. We would rather you ask.
Cold email software for agencies: questions
Do clients need their own Quotarider account?
No. You run client workspaces under your agency login. Clients can be invited as read-only or full members of their own workspace if they want to see the pipeline.
How is agency pricing structured?
Each workspace is a plan; agencies typically run Team or Growth per client and join the partner program, earning 20% to 40% of every client payment — which many agencies use to offset the cost.
Can I white-label it?
Reports carry your agency's name and logo. The app itself is Quotarider-branded; full white-label is on the roadmap for solution partners.
What happens to a client's data when they leave?
It is theirs. Export contacts, deals and campaign history at any time; on request we purge the workspace including message evidence.
