Does Vera send emails on her own?
No. Vera drafts, plans and researches. A human approves every send and every record change. Sequences send on the rules you set; Vera can propose changes to those rules but cannot apply them without approval.
Which AI providers are supported?
OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini keys, added in workspace settings. Usage is billed by your provider at their rates; Quotarider adds no markup and does not meter AI usage.
What can Vera do without an AI key?
Most of the assistant's commands are deterministic — create a task, move a deal, enrol a contact, run a report — and need no model at all. The AI key is for drafting, summarising and research.
What data does Vera see?
Only the records in your workspace, scoped to the user's permissions. Nothing is used to train models. The security page describes the boundaries in full.
What is Vera Voice?
An AI calling agent for outbound call steps. It is currently used internally while call quality is tested with persona simulations, and it is not yet offered to customers. Rep call tasks work today.
What is an AI sales assistant?
Software that drafts, researches and summarises for reps. Vera does that on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key and only proposes — a person approves before anything is saved or sent.
Is an AI SDR safe for my domain?
Only if a human approves and the sends are guarded. Vera drafts; the Sequence Guardrail still scores every send.
Do I have to pay for AI usage?
You pay your AI provider directly at their rates. Quotarider adds no markup, and most of the product works with no AI key at all.
Can AI write my cold emails?
Vera can draft steps and replies in your voice for review. It will not send on its own.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Vera runs on your own provider key and nothing is used to train models.
